Casa Lilla apartment is part of a beautiful 19th century large town house in Acquasparta, a small Umbrian hill town very close to Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, Terni, etc. It is a comfortable, relaxing & enjoyable accommodation for the discerning tourist. The apartment has its own entrance off the private garden and patio.

Acquasparta is a lively little town with a young family orientated feel, playgrounds and a lovely central piazza in the ‘centro storico’. Casa Lilla is built onto the old town walls and everything in the town is within walking distance.

Acquasparta, a small town of population approx. 5000 is situated very close to the better known towns of Todi, Spoleto, and Terni, to name but a few. It is a vibrant, alive town with a good range of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and even a pub, it also a good mix of age groups and families. When you drive into Acquasparta you will arrive at the ‘centro storica’, the medieval town centre. The main piazza is Piazza Federico Cesi, which has just (August 2006) been fully restored. Casa Lilla is built onto the outside of the old town walls and you can walk through the picturesque back streets of the town to Casa Lilla.

Inside the old part of town, the principal building of note is the Renaissance style Palazzo Cesi, started in 1564 and completed in 1579 by the architect Giovanni Domenico Bianchi. The Palazzo is owned by the University of Perugia.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS THE COMMUNE POOL COMPLEX AND IT IS  A 10 MIN WALK FROM CASA LILLA.

The pool complex has 2 large swimming pools and a children’s pool with lots of lounge space, a bar/café, and is set in lovely grounds which are well maintained. The pool is open from June to the end of August and there is an entrance fee. There are also tennis courts, football pitches, basketball courts, etc. beside the pool complex.

Flexible – arrival from 14:00 and departure at the latest 11:00
